Automations
IF IT HAPPENS EVERY DAY,
IT SHOULDN'T BE MANUAL.
Every business has a few jobs that run daily and swallow hours. Retyping numbers off a PDF into a spreadsheet. Checking the same dashboard one record at a time. Answering the lead that came in an hour ago. We build software that does the reading and the fetching, and leaves the decision to a person.
What We Do
We Build The Thing That Removes The Work
We do not sell a fixed menu. We look at what your team does by hand every day and build the thing that removes it. Sometimes that is a follow-up sequence on your CRM. Sometimes it is a desktop app that reads freight paperwork out of a mailbox holding 12,000 messages. The automations we get asked for most are listed here. They are not the boundary of what we build.
Every build stops at a review screen. The software does the reading, the searching, and the drafting. A person approves what goes out. That is a design decision rather than a limitation. The office knows about the construction on the route and the receiver who takes trucks early. The software does not.
Plenty of this work sits next to the marketing. Your Google Ads and SEO bring people to the door, and the automations make sure someone answers before the lead goes cold. Plenty of it has nothing to do with marketing at all. A back office retyping numbers off a PDF into a spreadsheet has the same problem as a sales team answering forms two days late. The information already exists in writing, and a person is moving it by hand.
Builds are priced flat-fee and run on the CRM, mailbox, and file storage you already have. Where a job is close to one of the automations below, that page already has the scope and the price. Where it is not, we scope it from what your team is actually doing.
What Clients Ask For Most
Speed to Lead + Follow-up
Auto-reply in under 5 minutes, multi-touch SMS and email sequences, instant routing to sales when a prospect engages. The fastest way to lift conversion on the leads you are already paying for.
Database Reactivation
A 30-day flat-fee campaign that works your old CRM list with scripted SMS and email, handles compliance, and routes warm replies to your sales team.
Document Processing
A managed pipeline that reads invoices, quotes, intake forms, and contracts and posts the data into QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, or your custom database.
Automated Outbound
A full cold email program on sending domains and inboxes you own. Domain and DNS setup, inbox warmup, list sourcing, sequence copy, and reply routing. We operate it. You own it.
Content Engine
Daily platform-native posts to LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and Reddit with a unique AI-generated image on every post. We write, generate, publish, and track it.
What We've Built
Three Systems, Start To Finish
Two of these we built for ourselves before selling anything like them. One we built for a freight carrier who was retyping the same numbers every night.
Kelley Transportation
Freight Dispatch, Rebuilt As One App
A seven-truck carrier was spending about 15 minutes per driver per day retyping load details out of rate confirmations. We built a desktop app that reads the paperwork across a 12,000-message mailbox and a 123,000-file drive, drafts each driver's dispatch email, and stops at a review card. Two weeks from start to all three tools running on their own machine.
Our Own
A Cold Email Program Built End To End
Twenty-one inboxes on sending domains we owned, with DNS records, warmup, sequence copy, list verification, and daily deliverability triage all handled in house. The sourcing side pulled contractor records straight from state license boards and city permit feeds across 14 metros, so the lists were built rather than bought.
Our Own
A Content Engine That Drafts And Posts
Platform-native posts for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and Reddit, each with a generated image, written to the format each platform rewards instead of one post copied five ways. Research, drafting, image generation, publishing, and tracking run as one pipeline. We operate it for clients on accounts they own.
Why Choose Us
Built for Operators, Not Demo Decks
Built for Ourselves First
We built and ran a 21-inbox cold email program and a multi-platform content engine on our own accounts before either one was sold to a client. Every operational cliff was ours first.
A Person Approves What Goes Out
Every build stops at a review screen. The software reads, searches, and drafts. A human makes the call, because the things that override a rule live in someone's head and not in the data.
Integration Breadth
One operator covering SEO, paid ads, outbound, and automation. The handoffs between marketing and automations stop being handoffs when the same team owns both ends.
You Own Your Infrastructure
Sending domains, mailbox seats, sequences, copy, and data live in your accounts. No vendor lock-in. If you ever want to take any of it in-house, we hand you the keys and walk away.
Flat-Fee Pricing
Setup fees and monthly retainers. No pay-per-appointment, no performance kickers, no incentive for us to oversell what is realistic. The price is the price of the work.

Automations Pricing
These five come up often enough that they are already scoped and priced. Anything else gets quoted from what your team is doing by hand, after a call.

Common Questions
FAQ
Any repeatable job someone on your team does by hand every day. The ones clients ask for most often are lead follow-up, dormant list reactivation, document data entry, cold outbound, and content publishing, and each has its own page. The work is not limited to marketing. We have built dispatch software for a freight carrier and document readers for back-office teams. If it happens on a schedule and follows a rule, it can usually be automated.
Our marketing services like SEO and Google Ads create demand by driving leads to your site. Automations are the software that runs after that, and the software that runs jobs marketing never touches, like reading paperwork or building tomorrow's dispatch schedule. You can buy them separately or run the whole stack with us.
No. The five pages under this hub are the automations clients ask for most often, so they are already scoped and priced. If the job you want removed is not one of them, describe it on a call and we will tell you what it takes to build. Speed to Lead and Follow-up is the most common starting point because it pays for itself the fastest, and Database Reactivation is a single 30-day project, so it is easy to scope.
HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, Close, and most modern CRMs with a working API or Zapier connection. For document processing we integrate with QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, and custom databases. If you have a specific stack, ask us before you sign anything.
Yes. Every service is priced as a standalone engagement. There is no bundle requirement and no obligation to add more. Most clients pick the one workflow that is leaking the most revenue, fix it, then add the next one when they are ready.
